Staging before production
Material changes are tested on staging (or a safe equivalent) before go-live — never blind edits on your live store when we can avoid it.
Clear scope & pricing
Hourly hire at $25–$60/hr, or a fixed quote after a free written audit. Out-of-scope work is estimated before we continue.
Fast human replies
Email and chat: usually within ~2 hours during coverage. Quotes commonly within 24 hours. Engineers available for Australian business hours.
Backups & change safety
- We confirm backup / restore options with your host before risky upgrades
- Plugin and core updates are staged when the change is non-trivial
- Care-plan sites get ongoing update, malware, and uptime monitoring per plan
- Emergency production fixes are documented and communicated quickly
How we handle access
- Prefer unique WP users or temporary collaborator access — not shared owner passwords forever
- Hosting / DNS credentials used only for the agreed work
- We recommend rotating passwords after major projects
- Secrets are not pasted into public tickets or unsecured channels when a better option exists
White-label & NDA
Agencies can hire us under their brand. We stay invisible to your client unless you ask otherwise. NDAs available on request — see also our Terms of Service.
