Core, theme and plugin updates applied on a schedule — tested on staging first, with visual regression checks so an update never silently breaks your layout or checkout. If something does break, we roll it back immediately.
Off-site backups
Full site and database backups stored off your server. Basic is weekly. Premium is daily. Enterprise follows a custom schedule. We test restores. An untested backup is not a backup.
Malware Scanning & Removal
Malware and security scanning on every plan. Malware cleanup while covered is on Premium and Enterprise. Restoration is included. We do not promise the site can never be compromised.
Uptime monitoring
Automated uptime checks on every plan. When the check fails, we investigate during covered support hours. You get a clear incident note, not only an alert email. This is not a promise of 24/7 human coverage.
Speed & Core Web Vitals
Caching, image optimization, database cleanup and asset tuning, tracked against real Core Web Vitals. Faster sites rank better and convert better — we report the numbers, not vague promises.
Qualifying small edits
Basic has no included developer edits. Premium includes about 30 minutes per month. Enterprise includes about 60. A small edit is text, an image swap, a price, minor CSS, or a small change to an existing section. Minutes do not roll over. New plugins, integrations, and features are quoted separately.

Care plans start at $39/month. Basic is weekly updates and weekly backups with no included developer edits. Premium ($89) adds daily backups and about 30 minutes of qualifying small edits. Can’t I just update WordPress myself?
You can, and for a simple site it’s often fine. The risk is that updates are applied straight to production with no staging test, no backup taken first, and no rollback plan. That’s how a routine plugin update takes down a checkout on a Friday afternoon. We remove that risk.
What happens if my site gets hacked while on a plan?
We clean it up and restore it at no additional charge. That’s the point of the plan — you’re not paying an emergency rate for something we were already responsible for preventing.
Do you work with WooCommerce stores?

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. If you leave, your backups are yours — we hand them over.
Do you maintain sites you didn’t build?
Most of our clients came to us with an existing site, often one built by someone else years ago. The free audit tells us what we’re inheriting, and onboarding covers cleaning it up.
