What this diagnostic can and cannot prove
It can list status codes, Location targets, www vs non-www, HTTP vs HTTPS, a repeated URL, Cloudflare response headers, and a mismatch between the final URL and a public rel=canonical. It cannot prove which plugin wrote the redirect. It cannot see Flexible SSL in the Cloudflare account.
